Our Thanksgiving Holiday is only celebrated one day a year in the U.S….but imagine if
we could focus on the high vibration of appreciation every day!
Oh I know it can be difficult to feel grateful when things aren’t looking so
positive, but I promise you that if you make it a daily habit, you can change your life
with gratitude!
I did it and so can you!
Think about it…If you focus on what you are lacking in your life, that means you are
not being grateful for what you do have, and you can only attract more of that (more lack).
Focus on gratitude and you will naturally attract similar thoughts and feelings. Your
pure positive vibration will attract more and more good things to be grateful for.
That’s the way Law of Attraction works.
How To Do It!

Here are a couple of ideas to begin your practice:
1. Even if your circumstances aren’t exactly as you want them to be right now, find something in
your life you are grateful for and focus on that. And.. really milk that moment! Trust me, your vibe will
change and eventually your results will change too.
2. Start a gratitude journal and jot down all you have to be thankful for – regardless of how large or small.
3. Look for every opportunity to say “Thank you” to other people, and say it with genuine heartfelt meaning.
4. Become a seeker of Abundance! Celebrate everything you deem as abundant! A free lunch, a discount, a
free cup of coffee, a free consultation. The more you Celebrate, the more you’ll attract to Celebrate!

Appreciation and Gratitude is a state of mind and a way of being.
Make it your intention this Thanksgiving Holiday to incorporate a practice of gratitude on a daily basis.
Keep in mind it’s a lot more than a mental exercise, you must feel it with your whole heart.
Your thoughts are powerful but it’s the emotions ignited by the thought that summons the energy to you.
So, choose gratitude as a way of life. When we are in a state of gratitude we are open to seeing and receiving the gifts all around us.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
